Paddy

Paddy has just finished the first year of his Politics and Spanish degree. Although generally quite healthy, he suffers severely from motion sickness, something he takes quite seriously. His presence doubles the group’s average height.

Will

Will, this Fringe’s director, is about to start his third year of a Philosophy MA at Edinburgh University. This is his second Fringe playing with The Improverts, while he has also performed sketch comedy at Edinburgh's 'The Stand' Comedy club. During the rest of the year he also enjoys acting and the occasional dabble with writing and directing.

Geraint

Geraint has completed his first year of a History degree at the University of Edinburgh. He enjoys long walks on windswept beaches and talking about his feelings. He is pleasantly surprised to be an Improvert

Liz

Liz, playing in her third Fringe with The Improverts, is going into her fourth and final year of a Divinity MA. At Fringe 2009, Liz enjoyed the success of writing and performing in sketch show Thankless Child with ex-Improvert Freya Slipper. This year Liz is also performing in a new sketch show, Charmed Forces.

Neville

Neville is about to enter his third year at Edinburgh University with the intention of getting a degree in Philosophy and Theology. He is also performing a show after his lunch called Charmed Forces at Just the Tonic at the Caves.

David

David is in his second year of a German degree at Edinburgh University. He has acted in a couple of plays at Bedlam with varying amounts of facial hair, and is proud to have become an Improvert. He loves his fellow players. Sometimes. David is also performing in sketch show Charmed Forces at 1400 hrs at Just the Tonic at The Caves.

Joe

Joseph is about to enter the fourth year of his Neuroscience degree at Edinburgh University. He enjoys acting, writing and travelling. A few years from now a faux pas will cost him an OBE.

Nick

Nick is a third year environmental geoscientist. He lives up to it. Like a wild geologist on the loose he enjoys his theatre and improvisation, and also a shandy if the time is right.
